Meet Justin

The best way to overcome challenges is to work with someone who has spent his lifetime beating the odds. From a humble background in the Deep South, Justin has risen to the heights of the technology industry, setting a record at 28 years old for the youngest Vice President of product management in a multibillion dollar software company’s history (the next youngest was 45!). Justin started his career in finance at Goldman Sachs, switched to tech, and worked at companies from Google to Goldman Sachs, to Microsoft, while experiencing numerous setbacks and triumphs along the way. Justin has placed candidates at Amazon, American Express, Alibaba, and more. Justin has helped everyone from CTOs and interns achieve their goals. Over 10 years ago, when Justin helped a fellow young classmate who doubted herself have a position created for her at a top-tier investment bank, he realized helping others was his calling.
